For Naina Catherine Kapur (Preity Zinta), life is cold, grey and full. As it has been ever since a family tragedy shook her world. Kal Ho Na Ho is a very emotional movie.The movie is directed by Nikhil Advani.It was released on 28 November 2003 and the movie did the great business on the box office as well.Shahrukh Khan,Preity Zinta,Saif Ali Khan played the main roles of the movie.The movie is all about the friends and their friendship and it displays how to face the different aspects of life.It shows how life changes its color under the circumstances of happiness and sorrow. I have seen the movie twice and i love the movie as it is full of drama and emotions.The songs of the movie are really very nice, especiall its title song, Kal Ho Naa Ho.This movie is real entertainment and one can enjoy it with the family as well. --platform47.com

About the Actor
There is not a dot in Bollywood that does not carry Shahrukh Khan's name. He was born on 2 November 1965 in New Delhi, India. He married Gauri Khan on 25 October 1991. They have two children, son Aryan Khan (b. 1997) and daughter Suhana (b. 2000). Khan started out his career appearing in several television serials in the late 1980s. He made his film debut with the commercially successful Deewana (1992). Since then, he has been part of numerous commercial successes, as well as having delivered a variety of critically acclaimed performances. During his years in the Indian film industry, he has won seven Film Fare Best actor awards and has had significant box office success. His father has a Pharmaceutical business and his mother is an advertising professional. He did his Masters in chemistry at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.He worked under Dharma Productions which was the production house of the late Yash Johar, father of Karan Johar. He was assistant to Karan Johar and was assistant director. He assisted him in his two directorial projects, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham. He then went on to direct his first film under Dharma Productions, titled Kal Ho Naa Ho starring Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta, Saif Ali Khan and Jaya Bachchan.The film was the second biggest hit of 2003 and firmly established him as a director.
